Delhi Poetry Festival, India’s premier standalone Poetry Festival has been celebrating children’s creativity since its inception. As we complete 10 glorious years of celebrating poetry, art and literature in the heart of India, we have decided to give children their own standalone festival right here in the heart of India. Children are the custodians of India’s cultural and literary legacy. It is therefore, imperative that we make every effort to provide them with opportunities to fulfil their literary pursuits, and take the legacy forward for future generations. Delhi Poetry Festival Junior is a cohesive space for kids that not only teaches but also celebrates creativity.
Besides Poetry, the festival includes many other activities that keep children engaged in creativity and Knowledge. Some of the activities are – Story-Telling, Doodle and Poetry, Puppet Show, Poetry -drama, Fun with Canvas, Journaling and more.
